Savannah- Margie Hall, 86, passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at Memorial University Medical Center.
She was a lifelong resident of Garden City before moving to Cobb Town several years ago. Mrs. Hall was a Communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Port Wentworth. As a homemaker she always had a meal cooked. She was loved by all and will be missed dearly. Preceding her in death are her husband, Raymond Taylor, Sr. and son, Charles Lawrence Taylor, as well as eight siblings.
Surviving are her son, Raymond Taylor, Jr. of Cobb Town; daughter, Rosiland Hewitt of Shallotte, NC; four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Islands Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Bonaventure Cemetery.
